When you join the waiting list, we store your email address, what you do (your field of work), region and (optionally) Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number. When you use the app, we process your business details, customer details and the contents of your quotes solely to provide the service to you.
To give you access to OfferteRaak, process quotes and invoices, and send messages. We use, among others, Supabase for the database, Vercel for the website and Resend for email delivery. We do not sell your data.
Waiting list data is kept for up to 6 months after launch and then deleted. Account data is kept for as long as you have an account, plus 7 years for tax purposes (as required). On request, we promptly delete everything that we are legally allowed to delete.
The production database is in a European Supabase region. Website traffic and email are handled through external service providers; that processing is not limited to Amsterdam or the EU.
For access, correction, deletion and data portability, email offerteraakk@gmail.com and you will receive a response within 5 business days. You can always lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We enter into a data processing agreement with business customers. The standard text is available on request at offerteraakk@gmail.com.
