OfferteRaak is intended for self-employed entrepreneurs and businesses established in the Netherlands with a valid KVK number. Private individuals may also try the free Starter plan.
Subscriptions are paid monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. The Lifetime deal is a one-time payment for unlimited access for as long as OfferteRaak exists.
Not satisfied within the first 30 days after payment? Email offerteraakk@gmail.com and you will receive a full refund. No questions asked.
You are responsible for the contents of your quotes and invoices. AI is a tool; always check the content before sending it. We are not liable for incorrect VAT rates, pricing errors or miscommunication with customers.
Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months, up to a maximum of €5,000. Force majeure, third-party downtime and features on the roadmap that have not been delivered are excluded.
We may change prices and terms by giving 30 days’ notice by email. Lifetime deals remain lifetime; we will not change that.
Dutch law applies. Disputes will be brought before the East Brabant District Court (rechtbank Oost-Brabant).
